I have preordered my ducks from here every year for the holidays, but this year was extremely disappointing. I placed my preorder a week and a half in advance for February 16 at 10AM. When I arrived to pick it up, the chef came out and was yelling at an older gentleman for selling customers’ preordered ducks to walk-in customers. As a result, they had run out and had to prepare more. I was told not to worry and that my ducks would be ready in 15 minutes. Instead, I waited 45 minutes while I had a house full of guests waiting for me. There was no apology and no offer of compensation for the inconvenience. To make matters worse, because everything was rushed, the duck was undercooked and lacked flavor. It was clear they prioritized making extra money over honoring preorders. I am very disappointed with the experience and will not be ordering from here again.
The beef loc lac w/ egg fried rice was flavorful, well-cooked, and seasoned to perfection. And I love the Phnom Penh wing dipping sauce (It’s a must when I eat wings). The wings were cooked well and not over cooked with good portions. The lemonade was fresh you could taste it is home made. I bought salt and pepper shrimp for a family member too and they ate the whole thing for lunch during their night shift.
Vietnamese roast duck noodle soup. Might be the best soup I've ever had. Duck was crispy and moist inside. Broth was owned with flavor. 10/10 chicken wings are top tier also. Small little spot, you'll miss it if you blink.
Went here with family and ordered a couple of dishes. I had the loklak plate with white rice and beef doesn’t have much taste or flavor to it don’t think it was seasoned but the dipping sauce kind of help a little.
10000000/10. So good, idc what anyone says or where anyone has been in the US. Quality khmer food is found in Lowell, lol.
Very humble place, parking g in back was nice, but you basically are entering through the kitchen. The fresh rolls were very nice. Sauce was not what I expected but was very good. Broth served with the meal was very flavorful. I had duck with rice. Very tasty. I think I would do take out next time.
Parking was easy as there were a plenty of available spots at the rear parking area. I passed very dirty trash bins with lots of cooking oil around and dumpster which made me losing my appetite. The interior was outdated, but I’ve seen worse. The menu had really bad photo prints that I couldn’t recognize how the food would look like. The food tasted just ok, but not that much I wanted to come back again for it. When I checked out, I noticed that the bill was hand written with only the total amount so I couldn’t understand how much I was paying for each dishes. The total was higher than I thought, but I still left a tip and left. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant because you can find better quality and price restaurants in Lowell.
Delicious food all around. Place could use and upgrade, but the food makes up for it. Don't think twice. Just order and enjoy the deliciousness that will drive your taste bud crazy. Finally went back to eat inside for the first time like I said before could use a little upgrade but very nice family atmosphere and lots of people were there we enjoyed our food my daughter didn't like her food too much but she doesn't like too much of anything anyway.
